Emma joins from One Broker (formerly Scrutton Bland, later acquired by Jensen), bringing with her a wealth of experience in commercial and speciality insurance, operational leadership, and strategic development. Her appointment represents a significant step in BLW’s ongoing growth trajectory, reinforcing the company’s commitment to investing in exceptional senior talent as it expands across the UK.
